McDonald’s has 20+ sandwiches with less than 500 calories including, Hamburger, Cheese Burger, Premium Chicken Club, Premium Chicken Classic, Big N’ Tasty, Southern Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Dozens of salads under 500 calories, no one can blame McDonalds for not focusing on better for you food.
